This Privacy Policy describes how TRS Webhub (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Gajasene mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
1) Information We Collect
- Account & Profile Data: Name, phone number, email, postal address, date of birth, gender, occupation, membership role/post, blood group, profile photo, and ID details you submit.
- Media you provide: Photos or documents you upload for your membership card or verification.
- Payment Data: If you pay membership fees, limited payment metadata (e.g., order ID, transaction status). Card, UPI, or banking details are handled by our payment partner and are not stored by us.
- Technical Data: Device model, OS version, IP address, App version, and diagnostic data to improve reliability and security.
2) How We Use Your Information
- To register members, create digital/printed ID cards, and manage your membership.
- To process payments and send receipts.
- To communicate updates (e.g., membership status) and provide support.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To improve the App’s features, performance, and user experience.
3) Legal Bases (GDPR/EU only)
- Contract to provide membership services.
- Legitimate Interests to secure and improve the App.
- Consent when required (e.g., optional notifications).
4) Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers we use to run the App (e.g., cloud database/hosting, authentication, file storage, analytics, crash reporting).
- Payment processor to complete transactions and prevent fraud.
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law.
5) Data Storage & Security
We store data using reputable cloud providers and apply technical and organizational measures to protect it. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
6) Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion (see “Your Rights”).
7) Your Rights & Choices
- Access / Update: You can view and update profile details within the App or by contacting support.
- Deletion: You can request account deletion and data erasure, subject to lawful retention requirements.
- Consent: Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
- Permissions: You can manage device permissions (Camera/Photos/Storage) in your OS settings. Some features may not work without them.
8) Children
The App is intended for users 18+. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can remove it.
9) International Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed on servers outside your state or country. By using the App, you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable safeguards.
10) Third‑Party Services We Use
- Firebase (Google): for authentication, device tokens, or crash reporting.
- Supabase: for database, file storage, and serverless functions.
- Razorpay: for payment processing. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
These providers process data as independent or sub‑processors under their own privacy policies and security standards.
